4 – POINT PROFILE

Every rider who trains 1-2-1 at Newark Cycle Coaching must undertake a 4-point assessment profile. These 4 sessions will help to define Maximum Aerobic Power (MAP), Functional Threshold Power (FTP), preferred cadence through cadence testing, and a riders’ unique power profile. This information alone can help you adapt the way that you ride, train, and race to get the very best from you as the engine of the bike.

Following your assessment, you can decide what training you’d like to undertake to achieve your goals. 1-2-1 training starts from just £33 per session and a variety of packages are available.
